We are a Cayman Islands based educational therapy firm offering support to learners and families managing ADHD, dyscalculia, dyslexia, as well as executive function and processing needs.

We love what we do! That’s why we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of your learner. Our goal is to foster a love of learning, develop a sense of autonomy and bolster the learner’s strategic use of skills so that they can successfully apply them far beyond our time together.
Advocacy
Personalized accommodations can be provided for learners presenting with diagnoses of ADHD, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyslexia as well as learners simply feeling overwhelmed or experiencing a lack of confidence.
Collaboration
Close partnerships with learners, families, and professionals in the community ensure that all aspects of child development are integrated into plans of action.
Intervention
Our educational therapists provide individualized, intensive intervention designed to support executive function skills, remediate handwriting, language, and mathematical processing, all while bolstering motivation, self-esteem, and social skills.

Who We Are
Hi! I’m Kristina, educational therapist and founder of Innovative Pathways in the Cayman Islands. Having possessed a passion for caring for children from a young age, my breakthrough moment came in working with children balancing behavioral, learning, and physical concerns. Experiences as an aide to children with Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism combined with over a decade as a Lower Elementary Montessori guide further reinforced my desire to differentiate learning experiences for children and to offer more personalized support for children and their families.
Education Therapists are few and far between and offer a service that not everyone understands, but the desire to do and the love for what we do is obvious.
